So…
Is it me, or are Fridays rolling in a little sooner this year?
I don’t think it’s me…

MEL IS IN THE HOUSE!!!
Have to go with Neutral Zone as my pick of the week. Beautiful, and a Star Trek reference? How could I not?
Have a fun weekend BK!
The Velvet Fog!!!!
Neutral Zone was a snap for me when it came time to title, for sure!! Sounds like I gotcha with all barrels today, EG!! What do they call that? A hat trick (including Mel)?!?!?
thanks and hugs and more,
🙂
No – this Friday seems to have shot out of the chute…week was a blur
Great music! (and the blue zone just sails with it!)
(did you see the newest moon pictures from NASA? Real close-ups. Amazing)
WHEW! I KNEW it wasn’t just me!! And it’s not even a holiday week, which are the ones that get away from me!!!
NASA photos are a blast, aren’t they!?!?!? Thanks and hope your winter is calm and your weekend is exactly what you want it to be!
🙂
I love the first one!!!!
YAAY rumpydog – you seemed to have picked a winner this week. I think it may even be my fave of this bunch!
thanks and have a great weekend!!
🙂
Neutral Zone for the subtle side, but Training Wheels for the pop. …. Nothing against Mel Torme, but gotta love the harp!
Who’d’ve thunk someone/something could upstage the Velvet Fog!?!?!? Seems Neutral Zone is a popular entry this week!!
Thanks for stopping in, Frank!!
🙂
All beautiful but number two is my favorite
thanks, Harry!!! There’s something mysterious about that one IMO…
thanks for stopping in! Have a great weekend!
🙂
Reincarnate is awesome. Claws catches my fancy. I have to know the story behind the name of Training Wheels. Between it and Claws, I am not sure which I like more, but the spikiness of Training Wheels is very, very interesting.
Do you have any idea how long it has been since I listened to Mel Torme?
❤

Same here for Mel Torme… there’s no one like him, eh!?!?!?
Training Wheels… hmmm… let me think… I’m not sure there is a story behind it. Title came after image, image somehow made me think of outer space – so rocketed training wheels? All I know is it did come to me rather quickly. That’s not very logical, but it’s all I got. Excellent observation, though – sometimes there is an obvious relationship between title and image, sometimes, not so much…
thanks for enjoying the show!!!
hugs and more…
🙂
Neutral Zone is neat, not nearly as much symmetry as most of yours. I also like Training Wheels a lot.
Very good observation, Binky… that’s what I like about it most (except for the title, you know Star Trek and all)… no one’s mentioned Gracious, and it’s an old favorite of mine… I do love to hear which ones impress folks, though – a LOT!
Thanks for stopping by this week!
hugs and hugs
🙂
That one’s nice, too. Just a little more traditional in terms of a pattern.
Today I move slightly away from my love of pinks and purples, Where’s Godot is fabulous. All are wonderful but that one strikes something in my eyes and then in my heart.
Your music selections are fabulous, love Mel but the harp music was perfect this morning.
Cool… there is something not exactly literal or explainable to me about Godot. Part of it is the motion, but there’s more I can’t put my finger on… so glad you like it!!
So glad I got to help start your day, Val!!
hugs and such…
🙂

Training Wheels is my favorite. Just mesmerizing! 🙂
cool, Lorna… so glad you stopped in. I am spreading my blogsurfing wings and trying to get to more of the hundreds of blogs I actually subscribe to, so I hope to visit yours more often too!
Training Wheels is one of my personal faves, mostly because of the title, which I have no idea from whence it came!!
🙂
I name my quilts, too and often wonder where the names come from, but somehow they seem to fit perfectly.
So cool!
