Just trying to keep the FRIGID out of the house!!! windchills -25F or lower all day today!!!
My goodness! We’re into the cold stuff here too, but I think you’ve got us beat. Love the cat images! 😀
hey, stranger… soon, I promise, I’ll get to your blog again… I’m slowly rebuilding my blog surfing abilities and time! Actually I’ve thought about you a lot lately, so maybe that’s why you stopped by! At any rate, I’m glad you did!! Brrrrrrr – yes – the Canadians may have it worse than us, but not many others. Though we did not get snow (yet) with this cold, so that’s a blessing!! Stay waym!
hope you’re well, Izaak!
🙂
Love the animated .gif…. as for the cold… wear a cat, Kat…. 🙂
Brilliant, Sir Gig!
I’ve noted you stopping by more often now, I hope that means your system problems went out with the old year and the alleged apocalypse! Great to see you and thanks for joining the fray!
Wear a Cat – that’s a good one, Nick!! And I even have two (cats, that is)!
🙂
Kat… 🙂 Yes, I now have internet service at home, after a seven month hiatus, during which I spent way too much time at the library, so I’m slowly getting caught up with all my favorite bloggers…. Honesty compels me to admit the idea for “wear a cat”came from a picture I saw on Facebook… it’s funny as can be, and it just fit the comment you made about the cold…. I’m in California, so our idea of cold is much milder than yours, but it fit so well, I couldn’t resist pirating the phrase… my email is gigoidthedubious@yahoo.com, if you’d like me to send the pic to you; it’s worth a look, and it won’t paste into this comment section as I hoped it would…. any who, good to dialogue again, milady…. see ya ’round the campus…. 😉
Our snow has gone a bit puny and we are only just below zero celsius! That cat obviously wants to browse ebay!
LOL, I think you could be right about that!
When one of my late cats (RIP) Bobo was here, he was outdoors a lot and I used to love watching him stop and consider his options before going out into the bitter cold and/or 2 feet of new fallen snow! I used to worry he’d fall in and get stuck and no one would know where he was! That never happened, thank goodness! Hope you are dealing with winter well and all the best to you all…
🙂

There is nothing like a good giggle BuddhaKat,
well there is but I won’t even think of adding it 😉
Have a lovely rest
of evening my friend 🙂
Geoff xxx
AHHHH, Geoff… yu are exactly right and I appreciate your self control there – after all there are cats in the room!!!
Hope your winter is kinder than ours!!
Cuppa hot chocolate sounds real good about now!!
🙂
This is why they invented dogs!
You need some hot chocolate!
You took the words right out of my mouth, Binky – about the hot chocolate, that is… I don’t get it – they invented dogs for going out in frigid temps? Oh – to pull sleds and such, you mean?
Keep your chocolate hot too, Binly, and stay warm… Another brrrrrr day today – should run errands, but I just don’t know if I can face that arctic air!
🙂
I meant cats being the way they are, that’s why they invented dogs. Dogs aim to please, cats want to be pleased.
As a cat lover, thanks for the grins … but stay warm! … Way to cold here for my liking.
Thanks, Frank. Much better to stay in, drink hot stuff and blog surf, eh!?!? If I remember right, you’re not that far from me here in MN, right? OH, or somewheres like that? Or I could be way off! Good to see you, and you stay warm however you can too, Frank!!
🙂
Yep … OH for me … but at least southern OH …. if may be cold here, but it is all relative … thus we have it much better than you do! Stay warm. …. BTW ,,, I await Black Butterfly Ears. 😉
Hey thanks for the great Cat chart. Now I know which are the best cuts of meat. I guess “Hell Yes” is the rump steak section. I agree with the awesome area. I always like to chew the head off first
LOL… Neville… that isn’t exactly what I had in mind… you won’t be meeting my cats anytime soon!!! You are funny, though – it does look like a butchers chart, I must say…
I guess there won’t be anything like this for tas devils, eh!?!? I’ll keep my eye open, maybe the rest of your gang can clue me in as to where are your favorite “pet me” spots!!!
🙂
It’s the look the cat gives the user at the end that makes it…
You mean the one that says “got it!?!?!?” I know those looks oh so well, especially when doing something they’re not supposed to be doing. Mamacat does things that irritate me just to get me up in the AM. She doesn’t need to eat or such, she just wants me up!! Li’l stinker!!
🙂
Oh, thanks – that looks like Olde Tiger’s favorite thing! Stay warm! (finally sunny and mild here…dog running crazy outside for a change!)
Yup a stunning display of ownership, too, eh!?!?!? “I own the keyboard AND your fingers – got it!?!?” Hope your weather keeps on the good side!
🙂
My kitty doesn’t go outside. She likes to cuddle in blankets. Maybe yours would like a heating pad–just temperary, right? Cute cat!!
What a great idea, Tess!!! ‘Cept I have 2 cats and one heating pad not big enough for two – I could hide it under something they both could lie on… but then again, I like when they cuddle up close at night, even if it is just for warmth! Neither of mine are outdoor cats either. Lost one traumatically to a pack of dogs in our own back yard, so all future roommates will be indoor bound!
stay warm, my friend!
🙂
My cat is a dog and will take loving any place he can get it.
LOL!!! The best of BOTH worlds, eh!?!?!? ((I actually had one of those – cat who acted like a dog – he was a favorite – unfortunately his demise came at the deeds of some wandering bully dogs right in our own back yard!)
🙂
